I like to cook. Anything above and beyond that is so secondary as to not even matter. :D

I have a RABID hatred for meat substitutes. This includes tofu, soymilk, tempeh, seitan, TVP, and anything else that’s meant to mimic the disgusting, graveyard that is the standard American diet. My food is far superior to it. If I’m leading my lifestyle free of cruelty, why should my food look like the cruelty diet? I can do better for myself. If you are into that sort of thing, bully for you; just don’t tell me about it.

I love living in south Florida, with the warm weather and people. It’s nice to live in a place where you have sunshine throughout the year, and where every day is a beach day! I also love the fresh foods that are readily available year round. It’s good times.
